((Bravo Silva)) Band Profile and Upcoming SXSW Concerts - Oh My Rockness

As yet unsigned, Bravo Silva (comprised of Henry Silva and Joel Bravo) play music that could be the soundtrack to The Breakfast Club or Pretty in Pink. Influenced by 80's rock (think Tears for Fears or The Police more than Joy Division and Gang of Four), the band plays lush upbeat pop meant for 1987 FM radio. They have a ton of local shows under their belt, including gigs with fellow NYC bands Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, The Cloud Room and The Big Sleep.
