Tashaki Miyaki is a band from Los Angeles.

They play hazy dream pop with some nice noisy swirls when you're not hearing pretty strings and things.

The duo (Paige Stark & Luke Paquin) has been compared to Jesus and Mary Chain, Mazzy Star, Sergio Leone, Neil Young, Lou Reed, David Bowie, Neil Young, Spiritualized, My Bloody Valentine, The Velvet Underground and David Lynch. What, no Fugazi?

Since forming circa 2012 A.D. Tashaki Miyaki has played a ton of shows with good peeps like DIIV, Speedy Ortiz, Colleen Green, Allah-Las and Best Coast to name but a very few chill few.

And it took them a bit, but the band recently released their debut album The Dream (2017 A.D.) which you may breezily stream at your leisure below.

It will not sour your mood in the slightest. This I promise you.
